Ever catch yourself thinking, “I’m just not good enough” or “That’s impossible for me”? These sneaky little beliefs can create emotional and even physical blocks that stop you from moving forward.

I know I do!

These beliefs don’t just live in your mind. They can show up in your body as tension, fatigue, or even pain. Shifting them isn’t just about thinking differently—it’s about feeling free.

Take a moment to tune into your body: where are you holding tension? Breathe deeply into that space, and remind yourself that letting go starts within.

Movement can also help—try stretching, walking, or any activity that reconnects you with your body. As you move, visualize releasing the old belief with every exhale and welcoming fresh, empowering energy with every inhale.

It's a practice that will become a habit. A good habit!

4 weeks ago my beautiful father took his last breath.
Even though we had been preparing for it for years an accident took him and us by surprise.
Grief is an almighty, heavy, and consuming thing.
It's like a blanket of incredibly heavy sadness wraps itself around you.
It is dark, lonely and your heart is broken over and over again 💔
I miss him so much, but I know he is in an incredible place where bliss and love surround him. ✨️
I know he is no longer restricted by the confines of dementia and age.
And I know he is with me.
I look forward to when we are reunited agian in our next reincarnation.
Until then enjoy the bliss and the peace.
